There are cases when businesses want to proactively reach out to employees regarding an upcoming outage or notify them regarding an ongoing service disruption and likewise. With WhatsApp — Freshchat Integration, Businesses can message or notify customers, wherever they are on their WhatsApp numbers. Freshchat provides outbound messaging API to send a WhatsApp message to user using a preapproved template. Currently it is not possible to send bulk WhatsApp messages from Freshservice and this application solves the use case by providing easy to use user interface; - To send bulk Proactive WhatsApp Messages by uploading the user data from a .csv file. - To send Proactive messages on WhatsApp to Requesters of one or more departments in the Freshservice. - Retrieve the message status for failed or all the sent messages. - Download the messages status data in the form of .csv
