Note: • You will need a SanerNow account • You will need a SAML Key, which will be provided by SanerNow over support. For installation, follow the instructions on the screen. • Specify your Freshservice subdomain and API key. You can get your API key from Profile Settings at the top-right corner. Note: Please use an agent that has access to create/update assets. • Select how often you would like to synchronize assets: synchronization can be set to Daily or Weekly, running at 0:00 hours UTC. Devices from SanerNow will be created as assets on Freshservice. • Assets will be created under the asset type “Computer”. • Asset’s product will be set to “SanerNow Device”. • The following properties will be set based on the data from SanerNow: ⁃ OS Version ⁃ Hostname ⁃ IP Address ⁃ Mac Address • Marking any other field as mandatory is not suitable.
