With Google Contacts for Freshdesk, you can easily import and manage all your contacts from Gmail into your helpdesk. The integration also enables teams to use Freshdesk as a ‘shared address book’ which can be securely accessed by agents from the comfort of their helpdesk. There are 2 ways you can sync your contacts between both platforms: 1. Google Contacts to Freshdesk: Choose contacts from any group in your Google Contacts to be imported into your Freshdesk account along with a specific tag. Imported contacts are added to the Freshdesk Contact Directory. 2. Freshdesk to Google Contacts: From your Freshdesk account, verified contacts will be grouped as ‘Freshdesk Contacts’ and synced back to your Google account.
