Clone a ticket easily with a single click
Supported fields:
- Subject(Prepended by "Clone of")
- Description
- Properties
- Contact
- Attachments(Only Freshdesk attachments are cloned. Cloud attachments like Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive etc. are not supported)
A private note will be added with source ticket URL if the option is selected in app settings

- Conversations are not cloned

Not sure exactly why this error is occurring "Clone Ticket App - Error while fetching app settings! Check app logs or contact the technical support" I viewed the log files and there's nothing indicating an issue....

it´s a super App, but at the moment is not working and i´m receiving everytime an error message. Hope u can fix it as soon as possible.

Hello, Since last update, the app is giving errors everytime we access to tickets.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but now it's not showing the widget and we are not able to clone tickets.
1. Enter your account domain
2. Enter your Freshdesk API key(You can get it from Profile Settings page)
3. Select the checkbox if you want a private note(with source ticket URL) to be added to each cloned ticket
4. Click Install

Fixed an issue where the ticket subject length is greater than 245.
The issue here is when a ticket's subject length is 245 and when we try to clone the ticket, the ticket does not get cloned. Fixed this issue as a part of this release.
